Blue Screen, 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 error with Windows 8.1 update

windows 8.1 update එක නිසා ඇතැම් පරිගණක ක්‍රියාවිරහිත වී ඇති බවට දැනගනන්ට ඇත.

There is no explanation as to why the update could be completed.

 windows 8.1 update  එක install  කිරීමෙන් පසු ඉහත පණිවිඩය දිස්වන බවට දැනගන්නට ඇත. 

කෙසේ වෙතත් Microsoft Support Engineer Ravish Govind කියාසිටින්නේ external devices සියල්ල unplug කර හා   drivers සියල්ල update කර උත්සහ කරන ලෙසය
